Currency, date and number formatting, and language — how PrintFlow displays values back to your team and your customers.

Changing currency or format here doesn't convert or reformat existing invoices and reports — only new ones.

Currency

Resolves Open Item #9 — whether the whole business bills in one currency, or customers can differ.

Single currency

Every quotation, invoice, and report uses the one currency below. Simplest option if you bill entirely within one country.

Per-customer currency

Individual customers can be billed in their own currency — useful for cross-border clients.

Set an override per customer on their Customer Account page under Billing. A base currency is still required below — it's what Accounting Reports roll everything up into.

Language Phase 2
