Low-Stock Threshold

Drives the shortage flags on Warehouse → Stock Overview and Low-Stock Alerts.

Global default

One threshold applies to every material unless overridden individually.

Per material

Set individually on each material's record in Warehouse → Stock Overview. This page only sets the starting default for new materials.

Flag as Low Stock when remaining quantity falls below

% of reorder point

A material with a reorder point of 100 units gets flagged once it drops below 20 units remaining.

Overdue Invoice Reminders

The schedule Accounts Receivable follows — this is what Invoicing & Tax points to when it says "reminder timing is set here."

1 Send reminder days after the due date

2 Send reminder days after the due date

3 Send final reminder days after the due date

Matches the pattern already visible on Accounts Receivable — Anderson Dental Group's INV-3810 has had 2 reminders sent, consistent with this schedule.
